"The Best Mid-Level"

We helped organize a leaders training retreat (called a mid-level) for anyone around North Carolina who is trying to multiply disciples and churches, and at the end, one brother said it was the best mid-level he’s ever been too. I thank the Lord that this brother and everyone else were so encouraged, but even if no one else had learned anything, we certainly did. My biggest takeaway was that I need to be more like Barnabas and be an encouragement to all of the emerging Pauls in RDU. Not only this, but at long last Sara and the kids were able to join me! Ever since having kids, Sara has stayed home and I have had to swallow my sadness whenever I have gone to these kind of retreats. But Jenny from Houston came up to watch our kids at the retreat all weekend so that we could go as a family! Jenny didn't just watch our kids though. She also presented a case study from what God has done in the Bay Area of Houston. Everyone took notes and learned from whaat you guys are doing in BAH!
